After Cantin expanded their business to Montréal, it was time for the company to update their brand image to continue and inspire professional hairstylists and salons. Avant-garde, passion and creation are at the heart of Cantin’s new look. In addition of the brand redesign, we also rework the employer brand and customer experience to redefine the role of the distributor, and position Cantin as a leader in its industry.

Starting the transition to a new brand image was the main challenge given the brand’s notoriety and stores across Québec. Obviously, we had to reassure the team and clientele about the changes to come, both internally and externally.
